I’m really glad you found your way here.

Before anything else, I invite you to pause. Notice your breath and allow your body to settle. You do not need to arrive with clarity or answers. You are welcome exactly as you are. Sela was created as a place where you can exhale.

​

This is a space where you are met with care and attention, where you do not need to explain yourself or make sense of everything right away. Your lived experience matters here and is respected.​​

​

Healing here moves gently. From the beginning, we meet in relationship, moving at a pace that honors what feels accessible and what feels ready. There is room to rest, to reflect, and to bring the parts of you that may feel weary from carrying so much for so long.

At Sela, therapy attends to the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and heart. I listen to your words while also noticing the quieter ways your body and emotions communicate through breath and sensation. Whether you come as an individual or as a couple, this process invites you back into connection with the fullness of who you are.

This is not about becoming someone new or fixing yourself. It is about coming home to yourself, rebuilding trust in your inner signals, and moving through life with greater alignment and choice.
